Fees and refunds
Nothing until revenue. No sign-up fee, no listing fee, no subscription before your first payout, no annual charge while dormant.

VAT at 15% is added on a second line where it applies. Foreign-exchange conversion is at the partner bank's rate; Nongor takes no spread. Withholding tax is deducted by the bank as the law requires and is not a Nongor fee; the certificate is issued to the payer within 24 hours of release.
Refund process
Write to money@nongor.link with the contract number. Refunds go back by the route the money came in, within 10 working days of approval. A refund of a government fee already paid is only possible where the office refunds it.
