For experts

You may publish a profile at L1. Degrees are marked "verified" only when the issuing institution confirms them; otherwise they are marked "declared". Past clients appear only with their written consent on file. Your day rate is never shown publicly; a buyer sees it after you reply to an enquiry. You may accept, decline or ignore any enquiry. Contracts you sign are recorded in your ledger, which you can export at any time and keep whoever hires you next. Withholding of 15% applies to fees paid to you as a resident individual; the certificate goes to the buyer.

For buyers

You need no Bangladeshi entity to contract an expert. You need L2 for contracts above USD 5,000. The contract is between you and the expert; Nongor hosts it and instructs the bank. You receive, on every release, an invoice, a withholding certificate, an escrow statement and the expert's verification record. Contacting an expert for anything other than paid professional work, or taking an engagement off the platform after finding the expert here, is a breach of the terms.

What this market is not

It is a professional market for named specialists with verified credentials. It has no bidding, no ratings race and no per-task pricing. Each engagement is a scoped contract with milestones.
