Terms of service
1. What Nongor is
Nongor is a private platform operated by Anirar 360 (proprietorship, Bangladesh). It lets a person or company abroad win paid work in Bangladesh, lets Bangladeshi experts be found and contracted by buyers abroad, and wraps verification, escrow instructions, company set-up tracking and tax paperwork around each signed contract. Nongor is not a party to any contract between users, does not hold client money, does not issue licences and does not give legal, tax or investment advice.
2. Accounts and verification
You must be 18 or older and give true information. Every account starts at level L0. Responding to a brief, publishing an expert profile or opening a deal room requires L1. Money moving through escrow requires L2. Partners and high-volume accounts require L3. We may refuse, pause or downgrade a level at any time if screening, documents or conduct give cause, and we will tell you why unless the law forbids it.
3. Contracts between users
The deal room produces a contract between the buyer and the contractor. Nongor supplies the template, the milestone structure, the e-signature record and the escrow instruction. The parties, not Nongor, are responsible for scope, quality, delivery and acceptance. Acceptance of a milestone must be given or refused within 5 days of delivery; silence after a reminder counts as acceptance. A dispute raised inside the 15-day window pauses release and goes to the dispute process in section 6.
4. Money
Funds are paid by the buyer into an escrow or retention account at a partner bank in the contractor's name or the bank's client account, as the bank's rules require. Nongor never receives, holds or controls those funds. On acceptance Nongor sends a release instruction; the bank executes it, deducts withholding tax as the law requires and remits the balance. Nongor's fee is deducted on release only, as set out in Fees and refunds. Foreign exchange is converted at the partner bank's rate on the day; Nongor does not set rates or earn a spread.
5. Company set-up and dormant plan
Set-up services are triggered only after a signed contract. Government fees are charged at cost and itemised; partner fees are fixed and shown before you agree. Once a company exists, the dormant plan covers only the legal minimum filings; you may leave the plan and take your company's file with you at any time. Winding up is done by a registration partner at a quoted fixed fee.
6. Disputes
First, the parties talk inside the deal room for 15 days. Second, a Nongor officer reviews the record and proposes a split of the disputed milestone. Third, if either party refuses, the matter goes to arbitration under the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre rules, seat Dhaka, in English, unless the contract chose another seat. Nongor's decision in step two is a recommendation, not a ruling.
7. What you may not do
Use a false identity or someone else's documents. Move a contract off the platform to avoid the fee after using the platform to find the counterparty. Post briefs without a real budget or a real project. Scrape profiles. Contact experts for anything other than paid professional work. Use Nongor for goods trade, crypto, gambling, arms or anything the sanctions lists cover.
8. Liability
Nongor is liable to you for its own negligence up to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nongor is not liable for a counterparty's failure to deliver or pay, a bank's delay, a government office's delay, an FX movement or a change in law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.
9. Ending
You can close your account at any time; open contracts run to completion first. We can close an account for breach of section 7 or a screening result, with notice unless the law forbids it. Records are kept as the privacy policy says.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh. Consumers in Canada, the UK and the EU keep the protections of their home law that cannot be waived.
