A videographer crew, an enumerator team or a translation studio registers as one profile with a lead person at L1 and the crew listed. Showreels and sample work are reviewed by an officer and marked reviewed. A trade licence, if you have one, is verified against the city corporation record.

এনকোয়ারি মানে কথা বলা। কন্ট্রাক্ট মানে মাইলস্টোন আর শুরুর আগেই এসক্রোতে টাকা।An enquiry is a conversation. A contract is milestones plus money in escrow before you start.
- এনকোয়ারি আসে ইমেইল, SMS আর Home-এ। কে ক্লায়েন্ট, তাদের লেভেল, কাজ, তারিখ আর দেশ লেখা থাকে।An enquiry arrives by email, SMS and in Home. It says who the buyer is, their level, the work, the dates and the country.
- ৩ কর্মদিবসে উত্তর দিন, না বলতে হলেও। উত্তর দিলে সেই ক্লায়েন্ট আপনার রেট দেখে।Reply within 3 working days, even to say no. Your rate becomes visible to that buyer when you reply.
- ডিল রুমের থ্রেডে কথা বলুন। কাজের পরিধি, দিন, মাইলস্টোন ঠিক করুন। ক্লায়েন্ট কন্ট্রাক্ট ড্রাফট করে; আপনি যেকোনো লাইন বদলাতে পারেন।Talk in the deal-room thread. Agree scope, days, milestones. The buyer drafts the contract; you can edit any line.

Contracts above USD 5,000 need L2: two references who confirm they worked with you (a former supervisor, a past client) and a short source-of-funds form. Five working days. Start it the day you sign; it finishes while you do milestone 1.

If a buyer asks to take the work off Nongor after finding you here, say no. You lose escrow, the certificate and the ledger entry, and it breaks the terms for both of you.

- মাইলস্টোনের নিচে ফাইল আপলোড করে Submit for acceptance টিপুন।Upload the deliverable under its milestone and press Submit for acceptance.
- ক্লায়েন্টের ৫ দিন। রিমাইন্ডারের পরও চুপ থাকলে অ্যাকসেপ্ট ধরা হয়।The buyer has 5 days. Silence after a reminder counts as acceptance.
- অ্যাকসেপ্ট হলে ব্যাংক ১৫% উইথহোল্ডিং আর ৪% ফি কেটে বাকিটা আপনার বাছা জায়গায় পাঠায়: ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, বা ৫০,০০০ টাকার নিচে হলে বিকাশ।On acceptance the bank deducts 15% withholding and the 4% fee and sends the rest to the account you chose: your bank account, or bKash for amounts under BDT 50,000.
- উইথহোল্ডিং সার্টিফিকেট ২৪ ঘণ্টায় Money-তে আসে। ট্যাক্স রিটার্নের জন্য রাখুন।The withholding certificate appears in Money within 24 hours. Keep it for your tax return.

ভ্রমণ, এনুমারেটরের দিন, যন্ত্র ভাড়া, এসব মাইলস্টোনের ভেতরে খরচ হিসেবে মার্ক করুন। এগুলো ৪% ফি ছাড়া রিলিজ হয়, আর কন্ট্রাক্টে লেখা থাকলে উইথহোল্ডিং ছাড়াও।
Travel, enumerator days, equipment hire and similar costs are marked as expenses inside the milestone. They are released without the 4% fee and, where the contract says so, without withholding.

আপত্তি হলে ডিল রুমে ১৫ দিনের সময় খোলে। সেখানে কথা বলুন, ফাইল দুজনের সামনে। না মিললে নোঙরের অফিসার রেকর্ড পড়ে ভাগ করার প্রস্তাব দেন। মাইলস্টোন পরিষ্কার লেখা থাকলে বেশিরভাগ ডিসপিউট প্রথম ধাপেই শেষ হয়।
An objection opens a 15-day window in the deal room. Talk there, with the files in front of both of you. If that fails, a Nongor officer reads the record and proposes a split. Most disputes end at the first step because the milestone was written clearly.

The bank reports withholding to NBR as the law requires, exactly as it does for any consultant paid by a bank. The certificate is your proof that tax was already deducted.
ডলারে টাকা পেতে পারি?Can I get paid in dollars?
বিদেশ থেকে টাকা সেদিনের রেটে টাকায় আসে। ERQ অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকলে নিয়ম অনুযায়ী একটা অংশ বিদেশি মুদ্রায় থাকতে পারে।
Inward remittances arrive in BDT at the bank's rate on the day. If you hold an ERQ account, a share can stay in foreign currency as the rules allow.
উত্তরের আগে ক্লায়েন্ট রেট চাইলে?What if a buyer asks for my rate before I reply?
